Once again a Jail Nurse (this time employed by NUMC) was caught smuggling drugs into an inmate at the Nassau County Correctional Facility. A complete embarrassment to her profession, she was criminally charged with Official Misconduct and Conspiracy.  

Congratulations go out to our Security Unit Officers, the Gang Unit and Internal Affairs Unit for their vigilance. It was a "Job Well Done" coordinating this month's long investigation that resulted in the arrest of Nurse Clarke.
