The Health and Wellness Unit mission is to provide education, skills to develop a healthy lifestyle and to connect members and their families to resources from the professional or personal stressors in a confidential manner.

To help facilitate there mission, the Health and Wellness Unit with the help of an outside vendor developed a mobile application to connect members to the resources instantaneously as well as allowing the Health and Wellness Team to push notifications directly to you once app is downloaded to you mobile device.
