Dear COBA Members;

COBA has been notified by the Nassau Comptroller's Office that due to a change in accounting requirements, all Direct Deposit Payments going forward will be paid into our designated bank accounts on Thursday (the actual pay day) of each pay week. Any earlier deposits that some may have been receiving either on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of the pay week will no longer occur.  

If you have any automatic payments taken from your bank accounts that may be affected by this change, please make every effort to take corrective action so your payments are reflective of what money is actually in your account.

This change may become effective as early as the next payroll.
