As union members, Labor Day is special to us because for a moment, the nation pauses and recognizes the great accomplishments of labor unions. This year, the President of the United Auto Workers will be speaking at the Democratic National Convention about the importance of unions in our great country. This is historic because it is the first time ever that a union leader will be speaking at a National Party Convention. You can watch it on CSPAN.
