As 2021 closes, we would like to summarize a lot that happened over the past year, and where we are headed into 2022.

It was certainly not a banner year with the ongoing pandemic and the continued staffing problems. Then we have a changeover in the County/Jail Administrations to contend with.

Be advised that this podcast was done using a WebX (Zoom-like) recording due to ongoing COVID issues not only with the Executive Board, but also with our Vendors, so the audio quality isn't as good as a normal podcast. That will be corrected going forward.

This Podcast is also a little longer than usual because there is a lot of information to go over.

I urge you all to take the time listen at your own pace, be aware of what the issues are, not only inside the jail but in the County and State and how your union addresses it all.
