Dear COBA Members,

As reported With this week's overtime payment expected to be deposited into your accounts, the Executive Board would like to provide the date range covered by the current overtime check so that members may review their records and verify payroll accuracy. This is not intended to cause alarm, but rather to ensure COBA members have as much information as possible regarding their overtime compensation.

This week's overtime check includes overtime worked from July 20, 2026, through the 0001-0800 tour on August 3, 2026. The only exception is the 0800-1600 and 1600-2400 tours of August 1, 2026, which have been entered into the payroll system and is scheduled to appear on the next overtime check.



This date range reflects overtime hours entered into the payroll system by Human Resources prior to the payroll submission deadline for this pay period.

As noted in previous overtime updates, these dates primarily reflect Security overtime earnings. Overtime worked in Supplemental Units may follow a different processing timeline; however, those entries should be relatively close to the timeframe outlined above.

If you have questions or concerns regarding the overtime amount reflected in this payment, please notify me as soon as possible. When reporting a potential discrepancy, please provide:

• Date worked
• Hours worked
• Post assignment
• Any tour you believe may have been omitted
