To all COBA members,

Open enrollment for the Aflac benefits is now taking place. Aflac offers several insurance plans designed to help members when they or a family member require medical help. Benefits available are Disability, Accident, Hospital, Cancer / Critical Illness, Dental and Life Insurance.

Sessions are scheduled for the 832 Officer Mess Hall from

11am - 1pm on Tuesday and Thursday, June 23rd and 25th and on July 21st and 23rd.

In the Core Muster Room on June 24th and July 22nd.
